I bought some Hartz doggie wipes that seem very "soapy" to me & then I got a smaller size package of a brand from Petsmart, Puppy Wipes by top paw, & it says gentle & tearless. It says to avoid eyes.

So, what is the purpose of calling it "tearless"?
