you have come to the right place to re-home him... I have a 5# Yorkie that thinks he's a bodyguard... I know what you're going thru...the barking is insessant... but Yorkie Rescue is the only way to go... they tell prospective adoptive parents what the problems are and monitor the way the dog assimilates into the household. If it doesn't work, they take the dog back and try again... Please don't let this boy fall into the puppy mill arean.
