First you have to separate the big puppy from the other two. Control each interaction and take out only one Yorkie at a time. Just like any puppy she is in the chewing and biting stage and will be for several more months to come.

Teach the puppy to walk on a lead for a few wks; then if you have a friend / husband, adult child, start walking Berner and one Yorkie, and immediately correct if Berner lunges for or tries to play with Yorkie during walk.

Also have you asked your Bernese breeder for suggestions on living safely for all in your household???
