I am very fortunate i guess! Of my four dogs, only one is a yorkie and he is the one who likes to go outside the most. He doesnt mind, rain, snow, wind, nothing gets to him when he wants to go outside. My jack russell on the other hand will hold it all day to not have to go out in the rain!
