I am a huge worrywart and when it comes to those I love who are sick I can't help but think the worst sometimes. I guess being so overprotective over my dog has its benefits, but sometimes I feel like the vet thinks I'm overreacting (yes, I cried when he threw up on the examining table).
It's not to say that when he gets sick I don't want to just believe it's nothing serious and it'll pass, but God forbid if something is more serious and I didn't take the measures to help him get treated, I would never forgive myself.
