Poor little thing. Kudos to you for getting her to the ER vet immediately.
Are you noticing anything else going on with her mouth such as a drooping or only chewing on one side? Focal hemiparesis can be a sign of a post concussive syndrome. It could also be a symptom of a stroke that may have contributed to the original fall. If your vet has concerns he could refer you to a veterinary neurologist for some follow up tests.
I had a Golden Retriever that had a stroke , she was about 12 at the time. Her most pronounced symptom was a drooping eye and cheek. It did improve some what over time without treatment.
