Well the girls were spayed yesterday and they are recovering quite well. Bella was feeling very bad last night and wouldn't eat and couldn't get comfortable. But at 12:15 am she decided she was hungry and she has been fine ever since. Gracie did great last night but has been sleeping all day. They gave me pain/anti-inflammatory meds to give them for 3 days and I think Gracie is just sleepy from that. They are eating and drinking very good. They each had to have some baby teeth removed. Is this something that is normal for Yorkies? My last little Yorkie we rescued at age 3 and she had to have baby teeth removed. I've never had any other breed that this happened to. Very strange.
Thanks to everyone that persuaded me that this was not going to set them back. I am so glad it's just about over and that they did so well.
