Yes CKC in Canada is the Canadian Kennel Club
The Canadian Kennel Club > Home which is like the AKC but in USA there is the Continental Kennel Club
Continental Kennel Club Puppy Registration and Free Litter Registration which is not the same as AKC.
If you do not have papers then perhaps they never registered them with AKC. I did not bother registering Buster as I realized that the CKC registration really meant nothing to me so why spend the money. I would just love the puppies and find good homes for them. Selling undocumented puppies for more because someone might resell them is a possibility but unlikely but no matter what you sell them for what is most important is finding good stable homes.
