Famotidine is perfectly safe and wonderful for an array of tummy problems. anytime mine act sick, have runny poop, or don't eat well or have bad gas they get a little pepcid to ease up their tummies. it's fine to give as long as you know the dosages you are allowed to give and don't give more than the suggested dose per day.
