peepee area. It's not spots, but like it looks like dirt? i don't know how to explain... I tried wiping with cotton pad but it doesn't come off easily at all and if I rub too hard, it hurts her or something. She gets very aggravated... Is this normal? I remember asking the vet when she was younger and he said it was normal and just need to clean but now it's alot more black marks...
