Hi,

Macy had her yearly check up yesterday and I saw the information on this product in her office. I'll be interested to know what you find out because I was thinking of getting this too. She is 2 and her teeth don't show any plaque buildup.

Right now I brush her teeth religiously with Petrodex Enzymatic Toothpast. I think I got it at PetSmart. I asked the vet dentist what kind of toothpaste is the best and he said any kind of dog toothpaste is good. It's the act of brushing that gets rid of plaque, not the toothpaste. He said just to use regular dog toothpaste and be consistent. At first she didn't like the taste but now she tries to lick the tube when I am putting it on her toothbrush. I also bought a child's toothbrush from a dollar store that fits into her tiny mouth. I think I saw someone on here that uses an electric tooth brush on their Yorkie. I saw a disposable one at the dollar store I am thinking about going back and getting and trying on her.
