Thanks for answering that Crystal. I've been wondering about that. She's really going to love me now brushing them twice a day! Lol. She doesn't mind a whole lot though. I can really see a big difference in her gum color than when i first started. And her teeth sparkling white with no bad breath.
To original poster - my previous yorkie was almost 18 when she died. I never brushed her teeth either. But since i've gotten Heidi i could tell her gums were starting to get bad until i started brushing them. I could visually see a difference.
