this is heartbreaking and absolutely devastating to read. sending lots and lots of prayers for stacy and the little babies to be returned home safely!!! what a horrible tragedy!!!!!!!
it's so terrible to think that there are people out there who would steal a beloved pet, they are our family members!!!!
unfortunately, i have dealt with having a beloved pet stolen before. my dad used to raise yorkies when i was a teenager. my grandmother bought us an akc yorkie pup we named minnie mouse. my dad also had an akc male yorkie named buddy. minnie had 4 litters of pups with buddy before she was stolen out of our secure, fenced in yard. the person who took her must have noticed that she was giving milk and most likely stole her for breeding operations, at least this is what we think. she had a litter of 3 puppies that were 7 weeks old at the time she was stolen. my precious zowi who is now almost 11 years old was one of those pups. we searched, contacted animal shelters, hung photo flyers and did everything we possibly could but we never got her back. i truly hope that this story has a much happier ending. we still think of minnie all the time and just wonder.... |
