Maggie is about 8.5 pounds. What size would be good for her? Is this something she would chew for a while and then move on and then chew it some more tomorrow? Or is it something she would actually eat like a treat?
I would try one from Petsmart or Petco, but not if it will be stinky since she chews on the sofa, on the floor, on the bed, wherever she wants because she is the princess. |
They last for hours, so they can chew on it for hours one day and continue the next. When Uni had a lot of them, she got into the routine to chew them after her meal (helping to clean her teeth), lasting for days/weeks, however there is one risk that the wet chewed end can harbor bacteria. =/ We personally have not had any bad outcomes from bacteria.
