Bless your sweet heart for saving him. I'm sure he will be forever grateful and happy in your home. I wonder if you worked with him by laying (not hitting) your pointer finger on his nose each time he started the barking and saying no if it would work? It could be partially because of the meds making him hyperactive. I'd like to know how he progresses. I'm sure he's loving be loved!
