Yes, I just read that post too . Breeding a toy dog has way too many health risks to both mom amd pups. Tragic accidents happen and you could lose the mom and babies easily.
When I was very young my parents bred their female Pom, the mom dies and they were left to care for newborn pups . this is not a easy task.
