WE LOVE CHRISTMAS!! Lights especially make it brighter. Pun intended.
hehe lol We put up all of our decorations on Thanksgiving and light it up that night. The season comes and goes so fast that we don't want to waste any of it. When we lived in a house our whole cul-de-sac was lit up. The kids loved it. Now we live in a townhome so not much outside to decorate but we make do with what we have. We do go to town on the inside though.
My dad has a wicked sense of humor. He waits till the whole cul-de-sac is outside putting lights on then goes outside to hang his "ONE" decoration. A light that says "Bah Humbug!" on it...dusts his hands, smiles, and says "I'm done!" heheeh
