When I watched the video of Charli Roo floating away, it looked so fake to me that I just didn't take it seriously. I can't help but believe that a real dog, tied to balloons and set free to float upwards would be struggling to get free. The Charli Roo in the video was as still as a stuffed dog.

I agree with everyone that it was a prank of the worst kind -- because it gave yet more ideas to animal abusers and real sicko's. It would have been a better prank to attach balloons to Nick and watch him float away and then shoot the balloons as he was over the Hudson. Teach the kid some manners.
