Of course there are some as we heard that do go over that limit. And and females that are small are too small for breeding. I added this in for others that may be reading and not know. There may be some that are small due to health issues, bur some are small due to genetics. As long as your baby has passed vet check and testing I would not worry. Usually by 2 to 2 1/2 years old they are full grown. Your girl may get to 4 pounds, since she is just one. But that is something you will just have to wait and see.
