There may be some that are small due to health issues, bur some are small due to genetics. As long as your baby has passed vet check and testing I would not worry. Usually by 2 to 2 1/2 years old they are full grown. Your girl may get to 4 pounds, since she is just one. But that is something you will just have to wait and see. | I hope she does tnks
