Okay this is a big deal for me I'm not much of a meat cooker and I've always found meat to be rather difficult to cook, perhaps due to lack of experience.
Ignore the funky steamer I'm cooking some broccoli too.


Anywho I had to like brag about my little accomplishment here!
That's the meat done and then I plated it and took a picture,-oh there's rainbow carrots, and then penne and rotinni with butter, salt and pepper, and of course Larrupin Dill Mustard sauce!
