I found this recipe from a doggie website (can't remember the site, sorry). Place a teaspoon of peanut butter on a microwave safe dish. Microwave it for a minute or so until the peanut butter is melted. Then mix in some vanilla or plain yogurt. Place the mixture in the freezer (i used a small ice cream scooper and made it into little balls before freezing it). the result is a tasty, healthy little treat that you can stuff into a kong or just award by itself. I also placed a small spoonful of it into the kong and froze it and Nikko went crazy!! It kept him occupied for a while and he was so happy with his tasty new treat!!
