To tell the truth, I don't really know. I would think that someone makes them for them - Waitrose is kind of the 'top end supermarket' over here with loads of 'own brand' goods plus all the normals.
I would think they're probably re-branded. It's getting quite late here (for me!!) but I'll email them tomorrow to see if I can find out where they're originally from. I know a Company called 'Clarnico' make the original mint creams, not sure about the chocolate ones though. I'll let you know, as soon as I do!! Night night!!
