I have been reading and following this thread without posting because everyone else had such great advice, but here is my two cents .... we all know that this pup should have been brought right to the ER vet with the symptoms he was showing and that the vet that gave advice over the phone was a huge "red flag" to run for the hills.....it seems that the OP really didn't want advice.....she just wanted to share the experience
