I too love balsalmic on a salad. I like it better than using dressing. You mentioned soy sauce and oyster sauce. I have used both. I have a son that uses soy sauce on everything! Can't wait to see what else pops up on this thread.

I just learned about the different salts in the previous thread!! I am getting food educated.
