I would say it would cost more to fly there and pick up your pup because usually couriers have connections with airlines and can get discounted airfare. It costed me $300 to have Nilla flown here. I would assume a round trip ticket from California to Pennsylvania would cost much more than $300. Our courier was from Chicago I believe and they flew American Airlines. I do not really know how you find a courier, as the one that my breeder used was someone she knew and used, but I wish you luck in your endeavors!
