I would definitely complain online and mail in a letter of complaint and a copy of the receipt. It is their fault! I wish I would have seen this thread before I went to PetSmart today. I bought a $20 dollar tag.
I could have bought 6 or 7 tags for that. I didn't know that I could buy cheap tags online. I'll definitely be doing that from now on.
I do have to say... PetSmart did a pretty good job.
