He's very young yet and probably a lot of things happening to him are pretty stressful, especially a bathing and grooming session. Some dogs always hate that and get stressed. Until Tibbe got older and began to love his bath, he used to drink water the whole afternoon after a morning bath - some type of reaction to his stress I guess. And he napped a lot after a bath too. Now he loves his bath and his day after the session is no different than any day. I would think this long nap is just resting up after all the shaking and nerves he probably felt during the grooming.
