I'm thinking about the length of a loaf of bread. Average is, what, 10++ inches? If one of them ate 1/2 loaf, I'd think they would be extremely bloated.... Not sure how much they would want to do for the plastic, but they may worry about the bread expanding (would happen much more with dough, but probably still possibly with bread). I'd be thinking about going in and at a bare minimum calling to see if they thought I should come in so they could start treatment.
