It's the fact that they messed up, not really the price, however the price is a rip off. I know all our babies are worth it, but to pay an inflated price on something when the exact same thing is available for much less? That's not worth it.

And I agree Luna, it was their fault. But I do plan on sending it in via mail... even if I don't get a penny back at least they'll know they're producing crappy tags.
I'm with you here, I wouldn't care if it was the $2.50 tag or a $20 tag, if they messed it up, they should fix it for free. It's the principle.
