That's nice and all, but as I stated for me personally, and I'm sure others here and there can relate... money gets tight this time of year. Although I do not work, My husband makes more than enough money for us, but come Christmas time the fact that we do shop for 4 parents, 5 siblings, my closest cousin, 3 grandparents and eachother does get costly and make the budget a li'l tight when we also have $850 rent, power bill, cell bill, etc. So for me to spend $10 on a tag that is crap was a big deal because I don't have another $10 to pay for a replacement. However on Ebay for $2.50 I can do that haha. My girl is worth every penny I can afford to spend on her frivolously as well
And I agree Luna, it was their fault. But I do plan on sending it in via mail... even if I don't get a penny back at least they'll know they're producing crappy tags.
