Using the machine, you have to type in all the info, so if it's misspelled, that isn't the machine's fault
Also, you can choose how many lines you want, and the more lines you choose, the tinier the font will be. I used one of those machines to do the girls' tags a few years ago and they came out the same way, since I chose three lines of text. You can't even read the info
They really should inform customers of how this all works so that we'd know. It is ridiculously expensive and they should have refunded your money since you weren't happy with the final product.
