Tibbe has had about 6 episodes of reverse sneezing in the 3 years that I have had him. He's not overweight and really active but with his early history, he tends to be a nervous dog, though we work daily to help that, so I would think he would have more of any issues related to short muzzles and "nerves" but we haven't had a lot of the reverse sneezing to date. A lot of people seem to think varying degrees of the RS is due to Yorkie's nerves or attempts at micromanagement of things, too. My Scotty and Jilly had about the same amount of RS that Tibbe does - an episode or two a year. Scotty was not related to Tibbe but Jilly was.
