I only read the OP then watched the video, then I cried! I was crying thinking OMGosh that dog is WAY too high up to survive. Those balloons go above the clouds, the cold temperature and high elevation and pressure would easily kill a small 4lb dog.

I was seriously in tears... then kept reading the comments, the joke was a joke! SO MEAN.
