Yep - handling it brilliantly!
I really do think it's time that will sort it out (along with your positives) - we had a really quite submissive labrador girlie who had this problem, and I really don't think she knew she was even doing it. You couldn't even be harsh-voiced with her (not that we ever wanted to!!). Even she grew out of it - eventually!
