Your right.... Maybe I misunderstood him. I visited with him briefly during macks ordeal. But, maybe I just heard wrong. He does ALOT of spays/neuteres.... He did a great job on Bevo and Mack. I guess I'm also extra worried, because after macks neuter he got so sick. I know it had nothing to do with the neuter, but my dh told me at one point if I hadn't had him neuteted, he would be fine. He said it was my fault...(of course he was very upset at the time and we were being told macks odds weren't great)

I will visit with my vet again with a straight and clear head!
