talked to my lawyer friend. he says that if you are engaging in an act of self defense for a 3rd party who is incapable of acting in self defense for themselves IE: a child, you would actually be justified in your actions.
so therefore someone should have and could have punched Sandusky's lights out that day and they would not have gotten assault charges and would have rescued the boy from that situation. |
