Kaos was about 2.5lbs when he was neutered. I know its a bit different, but my biggest concern was the anastetic vs. size as well. I was a nervous wreck when I brought him in!
The vet told me to relax, that they do it all, every day. (mobile clinic) and for some reason it put me at total ease.
