I'm a total Harry Potter geek.
I think I was 12 or 13 when the first book came out, and I read them all as soon as they were released. I remember being SO excited every time a new book came out. The 7th book came out my freshman year of undergrad, I believe. So I was a BIG fan of the book series.
The movies are...okay. I mean, I went to see them out of respect because I was so attached to the plotlines and the characters. But the movies leave out A LOT. The books are so much better! (Even though the movies are pretty darn good).
