It also needs to be reinforced that a vet can't make that determination via a phone call any more than a human physician can make the diagnosis of a head injury over the phone. Any vet that tells you otherwise in the face of symptoms being present (no matter how briefly) is one you should be running from. It takes a hands on exam by an experienced person to make the determination about whether or not further testing is warranted. The Internet should never be a substitute for competent vet care.
