I don't think you need another dog. Period.
If you can't afford another dog then you certainly can't afford to breed, the tests to make sure your dog is "sound" can run more expensive then than a puppy. I don't like to judge anyone without a fair understanding but from what you've already posted it's really hard to think you are capable of handling another dog.
Please neuter your dog, it's the best thing for him. |
