I just wanted to take a minute to THANK YOU for doing the right thing for TOTO. Im sure this was a very hard decision, and heartbreaking. Many people have found themselves in the same position but rather than to do the selfless thing and find the dog a happy and loving home~ the dog is neglected and left alone.
