Sorry I don't have an answer unless it would be surgery. Tina has them in both eyes but she is 14. She weighs no more than my yorkies. (schnauzer) She is old and very tiny and when I took her in for her yearly Welliness my vet said no way would she put her under at her age and I would not even consider before she said that. I put drops in them twice a day that is a prescription my vet gave me and thats all we can do considering all the health issues. Good luck on doing something for your baby before its too late. Age would be what would make me not consider surgery.
