I personally use those little round-ended baby scissors to trim that part of his face - when he's asleep!!

Other than that - our groomer offers a little 'tidy-up' of just Harry's face whenever we want it for about £5 ($8 - ish?!!?) I don't know if they all offer this service, sorry! Sally + Harry x
