This is only from memory, but I believe there have been a few posts on here about grooming at Petsmart with the littlies
being 'dried' in the crates and instances of being burnt.
In the future, I personally would change my groomer - and in the meantime try everything to entice her into her crate to make it the safe haven that she knew. How horrible and sad for you that you've had this set-back at this little, vulnerable, early age
