I was reading the comments on the link and it was posted that the same radio station did this to a cat in 2009 but it turned out to be a total joke/publicity stunt, there was no cat, I am hoping this is the case again, because it really is sick and abusive if this really happened, Nick Cannon said on his twitter " People are acting like i'm Michael Vick, I apologized now get over it" I think he will lose a lot of fans with this attitude!
