My friend told me this morning she was listening to new york radio station 92.3 and apparently as a "prank" they tied 50 balloons to a 4 pound dog this morning and it floated away....apparently the dog is STILL floating.
This is animal cruelty at its finest and this radio station better be charged! They are calling it a "prank that went too far". So awful...I am in tears for this poor dog. What a terrible human to do this. Here is the story straight from the website.
