I had a terrible time trying to figure out the Puppia measurements! It sounds like he would fit great in a small Puppia step in vest harness. That is the size Gracie wears and she is close to your guys measurements.
When I was looking to get one for Gracie the published measurements were different every where I looked. The small has worked out great. Just make sure you get the velcro part wrapped very snugly around him before you close the latch on top. I would not leave any harness on a dog when I was not there though. You just don't know what will happen when your not looking. |
