Jackson is 16lbs and wears a Medium Puppia on one of the smallest sizes of it. According to sizes I read online, he should have been a large, but a large would NEVER have fit him, way too big lol. He fits in a '5' in the Buddy Belt.

I would guess your boy is a small (with the regular Puppia - I don't know anything about the stepins, if they are different, etc). Nala is a 6lb muscular little Yorkie and she wears a Small.
