You are right- It's teeth! I couldn't stop worrying, so I took him to the vet. He said Brutus has adult teeth coming in and some baby teeth missing. I guess the dry kibble was hurting when he chewed. We got 3 days of pain medicine and some of his wet ID food to use for the next few days. He is also up to 5.9 lbs.
