Hi, There is a dog enclosed potty park area between terminal C and terminal E, (there is no terminal D there but there is a in-between area).
You may use the shuttle bus to go from one terminal to the other if you can not make the walk, but honestly, it is not closed to Us Airways.
Can you have a plan "B" and bring plastic bags and wipes with you and bring Bella outside to eliminate? I believe that while inside the terminal she will need to stay inside her carrier all the time.
